The Lithuanian Envestus Holding group has established a new company in Poland — Envestus Capital Sp. z o.o. The company will focus primarily on residential development, strengthening the group’s presence in the Polish market and supporting its long-term growth strategy in real estate.

Envestus Capital Sp. z o.o. will pursue development opportunities across residential, commercial and mixed-use segments in carefully selected locations. Based in Warsaw, the company invites partners with land, capital and construction or design expertise to cooperate.
